Field of Spring Wildflowers – This field had literally thousands of Greenthread, Texas Paintbrush, Texas Bluebonnet, and many others. The field is located in Kyle, Texas just across the road from the Kyle branch of Austin Community College.

Texas Bluebonnet – Lupinus texensis – Of course spring in the Hill Country of Texas is not complete without Texas Bluebonnets. We had a bumper crop throughout the area this spring. Somehow I ended up with very few images to share.
