Lodge Pole Pine in the Fog – On a cool and cloudy spring morning, while visiting the Norris Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park, there was a light fog draping the area. Due to the cool temperatures, there was a lot of water vapor coming off the thermal features making them difficult to photograph. However, I noticed that the trees in the basin were heavy with dew from the fog and water vapor coming off the features. So, I refocused my attention on the trees and tried to capture the droplets of water on the bows.
